  1. Performed quarterly physical counts of inventory via handheld scanners
  2. Replenished all stock on a daily basis to ensure products are available for customers
  3. Managed all aspects of store employee relations / human resources
  4. Managed customer relationships, including at least 50 customers per day personally and 175 total for whole store

Investment Banking Firm with several hundred locations across the United States

  1. Executed sale of equity securities including regular account maintenance and initial trading setups
  2. Attended professional sales training program with senior brokers
  3. Utilized cold calling and other various sales techniques to bring in new business opportunities
  4. Transitioned from trainee in training program to studying to obtain broker’s licenses, then entered into team for regular responsibilities
